2025 Property Taxes are Due 11/7/2025 by 4:00 p.m.
Payments can be made via this website under Services; Online Bill Pay (3% fee for cc payments or $1.50 flat fee for ACH payments) or in person at the office during regular business hours (Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 3:00 p.m.) The office will be open from 8:00 am until 4:00 p.m. on Friday November 7, 2025. Payments received after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025, will be considered delinquent and subject to an 8% penalty.

Sutton accepts trash and recycling at the office parking lot on Sundays from 8:00 am - Noon. Recycling is zero sort and should be placed in a clear trash bag. There will be a fee of $1 - $2 per bag of recycling. Trash fees vary based on bag size. There will also be a fee for compost, depending on the amount. Sutton residents can also use the Lyndonville Recycling location at no cost for recycling but must be sorted. They also have a trash attendant. See below for information on that location.
